Hi
I maintaing simple wrapper[0] on top of Selenium, with Python, to support Selenium for Robot Framework[1]. Lately I have been thinking about the Python 2 and the end of life in 2020. Therefore I have been trying to find how long Selenium will support Python 2? Will support drop immediately at 2020 or will it be longer (any idea how long?).
I am asking, because I wouldlike to communicate to Robot Framework users, when my wrapper will stop supporting Python 2. But because the wrapper relies heavily on the Selenium, I can not answer that question totally independently.
I triedto Google the answer (with "Python 2 eol" and "Python 2 "end of life "), I searched GitHub issue tracker and this user group with similar terms, but I could not spot any good answers. I would be grateful if someone could point me to the right direction.
